For the typical Fuyunghai sauce ingredients as follows :

  • 6 garlic cloves.
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 pieces or more of cayenne pepper according to taste.
  • 4 fresh red tomatoes and puree.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of iodized kitchen salt.
  • 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • 2 tablespoons of English soy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • 600 milliliters of chicken broth.
  • Peas to taste.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook the sauce first by sautéing various ingredients, namely garlic, onion, chili.
  2. After the sweet smell of tomato sauce, mashed tomatoes, English soy sauce, sugar, pepper, iodized salt was added while continuing to stir so that all ingredients were evenly mixed.
  3. Add the chicken stock, then melted cornstarch while stirring until the sauce boils and cooks perfectly.

  1. Prepare a large container for processing fuyunghai dough starting from breaking chicken eggs, then input various spices, namely salt, sugar, pepper powder, English soy sauce, sugar, tapioca flour and leeks which have been cut into small pieces.
