I came across this recipe for fowl and Broccoli Alfredo filled Shells from Lauren’s blog Tastes higher From Scratch. (Her recipes are excellent so ensure to check out her weblog!) I published her recipe for these the minute I noticed it and knew they have been going to be awesome.
Shredded chook and broccoli are mixed with Alfredo sauce and filled inside jumbo pasta shells. So brief, clean and so desirable! I changed only a few matters from her recipe. - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 2/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan
- 3/4 cup freshly shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
