  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons chopped semisweet chocolate ( I used chocolate chips)
  • pinch salt
  • 1 large scoop ice cream of choice (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. To make Chocolate Chip Blondie
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk the melted butter, egg yolk, brown sugar, and vanilla till nicely combined.
  4. Stir within the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips. unfold the batter into the a six inch solid iron skillet.
  5. Bake for 17-21 minutes, till the top loses its shiny, undercooked look.
  6. Cool for at the least five minutes, till skillet may be correctly treated.
  7. To make the Fudge Sauce
  8. In a 1 quart sauce pan over medium warmness, combine the butter, 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, the granulated sugar and vanilla. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture starts offevolved to simmer.
