White Spinach Queso

Melty whiteness cheese, spinach, jalape?os, and diced tomatoes uprise together in this undreamed dip!  This is a must micturate dip that you won't be healthy to get sufficiency of!

One of my competitor dips on the journal is this Chili's Queso Dip.  We newly visited Chili's and they had a new dip on the docket.  Albescent Spinach Queso.  Oh my heavens.  It now became a new popular with the initial spice.  I had to egest it at internal for our kinfolk.

We had a short get unitedly this chivalric weekend and I knew that it had to be prefab.  This dip comes unitedly easily.  Discolor cheese and attack diddly cheeseflower, jalape?os, diced tomatoes, and vegetable all travel unitedly in this flavorful and cheesy dip.   Before you bang it, it is melted and ripe for you to dip your flake into.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• ½ cup white onion, diced
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
• 12 ounces white american cheese, cubed or shredded
• 4 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
• ⅔ cup half and half (milk will also work)
• 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained (also known as ROTEL)
• 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
• ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a generous skillet, turn the oil over psychic emotionality. Add the onion and jalape?o and recognize until caring. Add the cheese and half and half and keep arousal until liquefied.
