BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

Buffalo bird takes a new form in these hearty sandwiches. The buns are brushed with garlic butter and baked to golden brown perfection, and the lettuce, tomato and ranch offer the  best cooling counterpart to the highly spiced chicken.

HOW DO you're making BUFFALO fowl SLIDERS?
This buffalo chicken sandwich is filled with shredded buffalo chook, ranch sauce, lettuce, and tomato. those sliders paintings superb as a meal but truely are the excellent party snack. They’re simply the proper length and full of formidable flavors.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 12 slider buns split in half
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce such as Frank's Red Hot
  • 7 tablespoons butter melted, divided use
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 head green curly lettuce cleaned and leaves separated
  • 3 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing or dip
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a sheet pan. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce, 4 tablespoons of butter and the honey.
  4. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the shredded chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the chicken in an even layer over the bottom half of the buns.
  6. Place the top buns over the chicken mixture. 
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, garlic powder and parsley.
  8. Brush the garlic butter over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until rolls are browned.
  10. Remove the sliders from the oven. 
  11. Cut the sliders into individual sandwiches.
  12. Remove the tops of the sliders. Layer the lettuce and tomato onto each sandwich, then drizzle with ranch.
  13. Place the buns back on top, then serve immediately.
